How this changes OpenClaw's behavior

When you save this persona and restart the OpenClaw gateway, OpenClaw will read the SOUL.md file in its workspace.
IF your SOUL.md file refers properly to the saved PERSONA_{name}.md file (and the definitions in SOUL.md don't conflict with the persona's definitions), OpenClaw will adopt the personality defined in that file.
After restarting, you can ask your agent to display its personality profile in the chat by saying: "Please display your personality profile."

Dimensions for the Model's Personality

Click the Include? checkbox by each dimension you want to include.
Drag the slider toward the characteristic you want the persona to lean toward.
At the center (5), the persona's tendency is balanced between the two poles.
(If the value is 5, that dimension won't be included in the persona's profile.)
